Meet Bluey and the Paw Patrol in the children’s area

Popular characters from “Bluey” and “Paw Patrol” are coming to the Taste of Annandale. The event is this Saturday, Sept. 20, at the Eileen Garnett Civic Space, 7200 Columbia Pike.

Bluey, Bingo, and the gang will be part of the children’s program organized by Maria-Isabel Ballivian, the executive director of the ACCA Child Development Center.

The CDC is a Platinum sponsor of the Taste of Annandale. (See the complete list of sponsors here.)

The children’s program will be at the CDC playground, on the other side of the ACCA CDC building from the main event.

Popular percussionist and storyteller Kofi Dennis, a master teaching artist with the Wolf Trap Institute for Learning through the Arts, will perform in the children’s area.

Ballivian is also hosting STEAM activities, including a wind tunnel, electric slime, microscope exploration, gold digging, archeological digs, and much more.

She invites families to “join us for a fantastic experience that encourages creativity and learning through play.”
