Signature Realtors signs on as a Gold Sponsor

The Annandale Roundtable welcomes Signature Realtors as a late-addition Gold Sponsor of the Taste of Annandale.

Signature Realtors has been at 5105-D Backlick Road at the Bradlick Shopping Center in Annandale for about 15 years, says Realtor Burhan Khan.

As a small company, Signature focuses on customized services and personal relationships and charges just 1 percent for marketing and listing a property, which is way less than the 6 percent normally charged by most real estate brokers.

“We always go above and beyond for our clients,” Khan says.

“I know Annandale very well,” he says. “What I love about Annandale, is it’s such a diverse community.”

Signature Realtors serves everyone from first-time homebuyers, to empty nesters looking to downsize, to investors interested in getting into house flipping – along with commercial clients.

“It’s a sellers’ market now, because interest rates are low,” Khan says. Inventory is growing, as there are a lot of homes in the pipeline, and people are waiting for interest rates to drop a little more.”
